The Call Center Specialist will support members by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and performing data entry and clerical duties in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Minimum one year experience in a call center or medical office.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Strong internet connection.
• Ability to multi-task in changing situations.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
