Overview

The Call Center Specialist will support with answering phones and responding to members, performing computer data entry, inquiry requests, and providing clerical duties to support the Medical Brokerage Call Center.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience in a call center or medical office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong and reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to multi-task in time-sensitive situations.
  • Handles confidential information sensitively.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
