Overview

The Supervisor, Files and Reprints will oversee file maintenance, manage ongoing updates, and ensure accurate delivery and version control across various formats for Great Minds products.

In Short

• Manage twice-yearly content correction workflow.
• Coordinate with various teams to define reprint scope.
• Maintain and update Smartsheet trackers for visibility.
• Ensure consistency across all PDF types.
• Maintain archives of InDesign and PDF files.
• Manage the release of press-ready files to print vendors.
• Execute automated validations for digital PDFs.
• Oversee NIMAS file conversion processes.
• Establish standards for file integrity and delivery.
• Supervise direct reports and manage team workloads.

Requirements

• 3+ years in publishing production or educational publishing.
• Flexible and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Knowledge of PDF accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet.
• Prior people management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
