Overview

As a Sales Supervisor, you will oversee and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and monitoring team performance while implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement.

  • Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to improve sales campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new insurance products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
  • Knowledge of life and health insurance products is a plus.
  • Insurance license is required, but if you're not licensed — we assist in the process.
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Word/ Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
