In Short

  • Lead and execute aggressive sales strategies to achieve membership revenue targets.
  • Own the entire membership lifecycle focusing on direct sales efforts.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales plans to attract members.
  • Collaborate with property-level Membership Team Members for local outreach.
  • Drive direct sales through lead acquisition and partnerships.
  • Set and exceed new membership acquisition and renewal goals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Membership Team.
  • Oversee sales operations including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Establish Gravity Haus as the premier lifestyle membership.
