Overview

The Senior Vice President of ICHRA Engineering will lead the development of a new platform for Gravie’s ICHRA product, focusing on architecture, engineering culture, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or fintech.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and secure software practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and similar regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Passion for improving healthcare access and affordability.
• Experience building platforms from scratch.
• Strong team management and development skills.
• Masters degree is a plus.
