Senior Design Services Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Design Services Engineer at Granicus will provide technical services for both the Customer Support and Implementation Teams, focusing on front-end web design and technical solutions.

In Short

• Provide support to client teams through technical expertise.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and SQL.
• Create and maintain customer HTML forms and workflows.
• Create reports using SQL and SSRS report builder.
• Build scripts using C# for workflows.
• Maintain implementation tools using React.
• Conduct cross-browser testing and performance optimization.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
• Document client projects using Confluence and Azure.
• Mentor junior engineers and troubleshoot complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, C#, and React.
• Knowledge of Angular is a plus.
• Strong understanding of APIs.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-oriented with quick response times.
