Senior Solutions Architect (Remote, Brazil)

Overview

We are looking for a Solutions Architect (ProServ) to join our world class Customer Experience (CX) team. Solutions Architects at Grafana Labs provide customers with specialized business and technical consultation, and guidance to achieve their objectives using Grafana.

In Short

• Work with customers to understand their challenges and guide them to solutions.
• Provide training, roadmapping, and specialized consulting.
• Manage the life-cycle of customer onboarding and adoption of Grafana offerings.
• Deliver packaged training and project assurance.
• Monitor support requests and act as the voice of the customer.
• Engage in customer projects and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay current on Grafana Labs and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
• Be hands-on with technical delivery and customer engagement.
• Utilize project management skills to monitor customer initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in deployment teams and project management.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y).
• Best practices for using and deploying an o11y stack.
• Proven track record of successful customer project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Systems Architecture design experience.
• Software Engineering experience or ability to read code.
• Self-starter with a vision for innovation.
• Executive presence and ability to engage with stakeholders.
