Senior Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

RapidSOS is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect that is excited to understand a technical challenge and develop an optimized solution that will contribute to building the life-saving technology that protects 150M+ lives annually.

In Short

• Own the technical engagement with customers during the pre-sales process.
• Deliver customized technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies.
• Create documentation and specifications for technical sales initiatives.
• Translate client requirements into technical solution documents.
• Identify scope and technical risks.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Public Safety teams.
• Continuously learn and grow knowledge of RapidSOS’s products.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in an engineering role.
• Pre-sales experience with complex API-based or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong communication skills to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to travel 35%-40% of the time.
