Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator on the GTM Tools and Tech team at Grafana, you will play a key role in driving the scalability and efficiency of our Salesforce ecosystem.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Implement advanced automation using Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools.
• Ensure data quality through validation rules and consistent data governance practices.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and key GTM tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and third-party vendors.
• Define and enforce best practices.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Participate in change management and release cycles.
• Support data migrations and cleanup efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in a Sales or GTM organization.
• 6+ years of Salesforce administration and advanced certification.
• Expert in Workato and automation tools.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, SFDC, and various GTM tools.
• Excellent communication skills with senior management audiences.
• Located in the United States or Canada.
