As our Account Manager, Natural, you'll drive our expansion and growth efforts in the natural channel—with a primary focus on scaling Sprouts Farmers Market, Whole Foods Market, and emerging natural retailers.

In Short

  • Service and grow relationships with natural grocery accounts.
  • Pitch and sell to new natural grocery accounts.
  • Negotiate and execute complex distributor contracts.
  • Develop channel-specific marketing strategies.
  • Lead product launches and merchandising programs.
  • Build compelling sales presentations and business proposals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance using retail data tools.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and brand teams.
  • Manage distributor relationships and secure favorable business arrangements.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to achieve growth targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in natural grocery channels.
  • Proven track record in opening new distribution points.
  • Strong understanding of natural channel economics.
  • Experience developing channel-specific packaging and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with retail data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for health and nutrition with deep product knowledge.
  • Natural storytelling ability for crafting narratives.
  • Fierce negotiation skills with confidence to challenge major distributors.
