Overview

As a Partnerships Manager at Goody, you will be responsible for building relationships that shape Goody’s giftable assortment and strengthen our brand ecosystem.

Requirements

• Remote-first (preference for candidates based in NY, LA, or SF).
• 4-6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Culturally plugged in with knowledge of brands and trends.
• Proven track record of structuring and closing impactful deals.
• Strategic thinker with strong brand instincts.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with a collaborative spirit.
