Global Associate IT Operations Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Global Associate IT Operations Engineer is responsible for assisting the business in resolving product and technical issues for the Goodway organization. You will provide functional and technical support to your coworkers throughout the organization, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging specialized software systems while managing the Goodway Group technology stack.

In Short

• Collaborate with co-workers to analyze and resolve issues.
• Work with engineers to identify and resolve bugs.
• Liaise between the Engineering Department and the organization.
• Investigate data-related issues using SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Coordinate to resolve large-scale outages.
• Assist in maintaining the work queue and backlog.
