Associate IT Operations Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Associate Operations Engineer is responsible for assisting the business in resolving product and technical issues for the Goodway organization. You will provide functional and technical support to your coworkers throughout the organization. Your work will include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging highly specialized software systems and helping administer and manage the Goodway Group technology stack.

In Short

• Collaborate with co-workers to analyze and resolve issues.
• Identify and resolve bugs discovered by coworkers.
• Liaise daily between Engineering Department and the rest of the organization.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues using SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Coordinate across the organization to drive resolution of large-scale outages.
• Assist in maintaining and prioritizing work queue and backlog.
