Overview

This role is a part of the self-service department at Goodway Group where you will train and advise clients on how to use The Trade Desk as a certified service partner and guide them on their journey to in-housing their programmatic media.

  • Maintain a high level of client retention 90%+ and customer satisfaction
  • Drive measurable growth within partners measured in brands, channels, programmatic share and key feature adoption
  • Communicate intentionally with clients and internal teams
  • Support teammates and bring new ideas and trainings
  • Prioritize internal and external needs effectively
  • Grow expertise in programmatic and digital best practices
  • Constantly learn and experiment to enhance client services
  • Drive programmatic consolidation among clients
  • Elevate the self-service internal team with best practices
  • Provide innovative training to clients for self-sufficiency

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with technology platforms, ideally DSPs
  • Ability to manage and grow self-serve accounts with high client satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry and technology changes
  • Develop collaborative relationships across functions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of industry strategies
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to manage change and be a motivated self-starter
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
