Good Party is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in the U.S. to join us in our mission of making people matter more than money in our democracy.

In Short

• Build intuitive, inclusive, and accessible tools for candidates and volunteers.
• Turn product requirements and designs into high-quality working software.
• Implement AI and LLM use cases into our product.
• Maintain pixel-perfect design standards.
• Collaborate with a lean, agile team using CI/CD and Kanban methodologies.
• Work directly with product, design, and QA teams.
• Report to the CTO.

Requirements

• Computer Science Degree with strong JavaScript skills.
• Experience with React.js and API best practices.
• 8+ years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Interest and experience in AI and automation.
• Experience building design systems using component architecture.
• Advanced technical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
