Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in startup or early-stage environments.
• Comfortable with 0 to 1 work and greenfield builds.
• Proficiency in the tech stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Postgres.
• Champion of AI-native workflows.
• Strong opinions loosely held and advocate for engineering excellence.
• Experience creating inclusive team cultures.
• Thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Clear and respectful communication skills.
