Overview

Utilities One is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our nationwide OSP fiber engineering operations and drive innovation across large-scale telecom infrastructure projects.

• Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams including OSP Design, QA/QC, GIS, Permitting, and Make-Ready support.
• Oversee offshore design teams, establishing workflows and production expectations.
• Develop and implement standardized engineering workflows and documentation.
• Manage engineering project timelines, resource planning, and delivery tracking.
• Serve as a strategic and technical partner to internal teams and external clients.
• Optimize engineering output using performance metrics and process automation.

• Provide executive reporting on production status and design readiness.
• Support proposal development and national expansion strategies.

Requirements
