We're seeking an experienced and motivated OSP Design Engineer III to lead critical fiber design projects and support our growing engineering team. This role involves taking ownership of complex outside plant (OSP) fiber network designs from planning through completion, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the highest standards of design quality and compliance.

In Short

• Lead the planning, design, and optimization of large-scale FTTH/FTTP fiber optic networks.
• Oversee and review High Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Manage advanced GIS and CAD workflows.
• Supervise and mentor junior design engineers.
• Coordinate across departments and stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve complex field conflicts and design issues.
• Ensure compliance with NESC/NEC codes and local regulations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in fiber optic network design.
• Lead technical design reviews and audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience in OSP fiber network design.
• Strong knowledge of GIS and CAD software.
