Director of OSP Construction - Remote

Overview

Utilities One is looking for a local Director of OSP Construction for the Florida market.

In Short

• Support the Telecommunications Division with a world-class turnkey solution for building FTTH networks.
• Develop and implement an end-to-end construction model to standardize processes and tracking.
• Oversee construction field operations, supervising in-house crews and subcontractors.
• Recruit, manage, and grow the OSP Construction team.
• Identify and oversee additional subcontractors/resources for construction projects.
• Communicate effectively with external vendors and internal team members.
• Manage relationships with construction vendors and strategic partners.
• Lead efforts in responding to RFPs with the bids and proposals team.
• Address technical and operational issues for internal or external inquiries.
• Cultivate relationships with customers to support project requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in OSP construction management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with RFP processes.
• Knowledge of FTTH network construction.
