GoodParty.org is looking for a Data Analyst to join our mission to make people matter more than money in our democracy. We’re seeking a Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of numbers, storytelling, and impact. Your work will power decision-making across the organization, improve our tools, and help us empower candidates.

In Short

• Work with leadership to improve and run our organizational learning machine.
• Build and run GoodParty.org’s end-to-end operational business intelligence system.
• Execute cross-functional analytical projects for finance, product, marketing and politics.
• Lead quality checking of AI-transformed incoming batches of data.
• Collaborate with team leads and the data science team.
• Test and iterate on visualizations for usability and insight delivery.
• Report to Director of Business Operations.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of work experience in business analytics or data analytics.
• Quantitative by nature.
• Technical skills in SQL, Business Intelligence Tools, Python or R.
• Ability to visualize data in an easily digestible way.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Enjoys new challenges and quick outcomes.
