• 4-5 years of experience as a Data/Reporting Analyst in BPO.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Tableau.
• Experience with workforce management and ACD systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of workforce management metrics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics preferred.
