Overview

The Business Development Liaison acts as a crucial connection between Golden Care and the broader community. This position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong referral relationships with a diverse range of sources, including community partners and prospective clients, to drive growth in our non-medical home care services. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated networker with a genuine passion for assisting others, a thorough understanding of the senior care industry, and a results-oriented mindset aimed at consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. Kindness, compassion and passion play a big part in this role.

In Short

  • Proactively establish, manage, and expand referral relationships with various sources.
  • Conduct consistent in-person outreach activities to boost referrals.
  • Represent Golden Care at networking events and community initiatives.
  • Educate referral sources about Golden Care’s services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly outreach and referral targets.
  • Document outreach efforts and referral discussions within the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback regarding referral patterns and market opportunities.
  • Support onboarding of new referral partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and community demands.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Golden Care team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in community outreach or sales.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and achieve sales goals.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Openness to feedback and coaching for growth.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
