In Short

Act as the technical leader for onboarding clients and product specialist on e-commerce platform capabilities and requirement definitions.
Take technical ownership during the implementation cycle and meet deadlines for both external clients and internal teams.
Provide on-going education and technical assistance to current partners and onboarding clients.
Assist customers through troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Work closely with development teams to implement new features and specific customer requirements.
Provide ongoing support for Customer Success and Tech Support teams working with live brands.

Requirements

1-3 years of software development with a focus on client-side programming.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other client-side technologies.
Knowledge of REST API’s and experience troubleshooting with JSON/XML payloads.
Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Ability to plan, organize and utilize skills which ensure successful and timely completion of projects.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with debugging tools and analyzing logs.
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities.
Previous experience in eCommerce environment is a strong advantage.
