Overview

As an Implementation Manager (Launch Manager) at Glia, you will become a leading expert in all Glia products and act as a trusted advisor to clients during their onboarding process, ensuring they effectively leverage our products for maximum impact.

In Short

• Oversee a portfolio of projects for clients from Sales hand-off to launch.
• Manage client expectations while driving product adoption.
• Serve as a consultant and project manager, keeping teams engaged.
• Create and manage project artifacts according to client needs.

• Train clients’ support teams on configuration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or Enterprise clients.
• Understanding of APIs, HTML, and network security.
• Experience configuring applications like CMS platforms.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple client-facing projects.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams.
