AI Consultant (Professional Services) - Remote

Overview

As an AI Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding organizations through the successful integration and optimization of Glia's AI solutions. Your expertise will be vital in enabling customers on all of our Cortex AI features during launch, conducting post-launch check-ins to analyze performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

In Short

• Drive customer adoption, usage, and renewal of Glia’s AI features
• Empower customers through training initiatives
• Implement AI products on time and on budget
• Analyze AI performance metrics for improvement
• Provide pre-sales consultancy on AI features
• Document client processes for efficiency improvement
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for AI inquiries
• Establish credibility with client stakeholders
• Foster long-lasting partnerships with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a STEM-related field
• 5+ years in a SaaS Software environment
• 5+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or similar roles
• Understanding of AI technologies
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple client-facing projects
• Experience collaborating across various teams
• Curiosity about technology and AI
• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
• Experience with process flow diagramming
