In Short

  • Report to the Japan Enterprise Area Sales Manager.
  • Support GitLab for strategic and larger customers in Japan with enterprise account sales experience.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis on wins/losses.
  • Share insights with account managers, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Manage assigned accounts effectively.
  • Document buying criteria and processes.
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy based on evidence.
  • Contribute to improving the sales handbook.
  • Demonstrate account leadership in pre- and post-sales processes.
  • Conduct sales activities in large/strategic accounts.
