• Contribute to project management tools using Ruby on Rails.
• Help automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and solve problems collaboratively.
• Understanding of security and reliability in software development.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile practices.
• Experience in API development with REST and/or GraphQL.
• Ownership mentality and responsibility for work outcomes.
• Proactive and clear communication in a remote environment.
