Architect Associate - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Architect Associate to join our growing Automation Team. In this role, you’ll be involved in enhancing clients’ existing systems, building new systems based on existing solutions, and creating entirely new systems or products.

In Short

• Analyze business needs and processes, gathering and documenting requirements.
• Develop automation plans and strategies.
• Design and implement proof-of-concept solutions, followed by full production rollouts.
• Design IT solutions based on various technologies including low-code platforms and AI.
• Create and model solutions, data structures, business processes, algorithms, and user interfaces using visual tools.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of IT technology and software architecture principles.
• Experience in analyzing business needs and processes.
• Familiarity with process flow frameworks (BPMN, UML).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Application development using business process automation or low-code tools.
• Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Understanding system integration principles (API etc.).
• Excellent command of English (min. B2).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
