Overview

As an Associate Automation Architect at Leapwork, you will play a significant role in ensuring the successful adoption of our test automation platform by enterprise customers, impacting the company's growth.

• Work with enterprise customers on automation strategy and implementation.
• Perform test automation requirement analysis and planning.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective architectural solutions.
• Review and guide customers in implementing best practices.
• Design and develop proofs-of-concept and demos.
• Assist in pre-sales and sales for client conversations.
• Provide test automation effort estimations.
• Help customers in onboarding and scaling with the product.
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues with customers.
• Create knowledge base and training materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of proven automation experience.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and IT systems.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and test automation strategy.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of automation tools like Selenium and RPA tools.
• Programming knowledge in C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with agile, DevOps processes, and CI/CD implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% nationally and internationally.
