Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years as a Salesforce Senior Developer/Solution Architect.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform limitations.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub, Jenkins).
• Natural leader with strong decision-making skills.
• High-level design proficiency using UML/C4/ArchiMate.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Demonstrated mentorship capabilities.
