Associate Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

HackerOne is seeking a Solution Architect Associate to join our team and help some of our largest customers secure their products through world-class security services and bug bounty programs.

In Short

• Utilize security knowledge to deliver Advisory Services effectively to clients.
• Fulfill both internal and external security advisory requests.
• Engage with customers across various skill levels to enhance their security programs.
• Conduct interviews to understand customers' threat models and attack surfaces.
• Ensure timely and satisfactory completion of client projects.
• Source and identify hackers for participation in projects.
• Provide educational consultations on security challenges.
• Oversee customer engagement health and suggest improvements.
• Recommend enhancements in processes and tools.
• Offer insights to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of application security experience.
• 1+ years of customer-facing or consulting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to advocate for both hackers and customers.
• Alignment with HackerOne’s values.
• No travel required.
