University & Campus Partnerships Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The University & Campus Partnerships Coordinator will lead efforts to build relationships with colleges and universities in the Philippines, connecting students to remote internship opportunities at Wing.

In Short

• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges.
• Represent Wing at career fairs and on-campus events.
• Handle paperwork for partnership approvals.
• Create a calendar of outreach activities.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotional materials.
• Track engagement metrics and candidate outcomes.
• Act as the main contact for career centers.
• Support onboarding of student interns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, Education, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in university relations or student recruitment.
• Comfortable with public speaking and event planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Organized and proactive.
• Willing to travel domestically for events.
