Training Director - Remote

Overview

The Training Director will lead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of all training and development programs within the company, ensuring that Virtual Assistants (VAs), team leaders, and support staff are equipped with the necessary skills and mindset to deliver world-class support to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in Learning & Development, including senior leadership experience.
• Experience designing training programs for BPOs or virtual assistant organizations.
• Strong understanding of remote workforce dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools.
