Overview

Get Well is looking for a Principal, Healthcare Strategy who is passionate about driving meaningful outcomes, growth, and long-term partnerships within some of the country’s leading hospitals and health systems.

In Short

  • Build and nurture relationships with executive stakeholders in healthcare.
  • Lead efforts to grow client accounts and drive contract renewals.
  • Demonstrate how Get Well solutions drive measurable ROI.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and strategic use of technology.
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Implementation, and Product teams.
  • Develop and track KPIs for client success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in client success or account management, 3 years in healthcare tech.
  • Proven success in driving client growth and ROI.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations.
  • Experience with C-suite healthcare leaders.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying client needs.
  • Team player in a fast-paced environment.
