In Short

  • Develop and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs targeting high-value accounts.
  • Run multi-threaded campaigns across email, digital ads, social, direct mail, and events.
  • Own event marketing strategy, including industry conferences, customer events, field events, and executive roundtables.
  • Partner with sales and revenue teams to align ABM and event strategies.
  • Leverage first-party data and intent signals to craft personalized content.
  • Drive pre, during, and post-event engagement strategies.
  • Work with external vendors to execute high-impact event experiences.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Utilize marketing automation and ABM tools to enhance personalization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in ABM, demand generation, or event marketing.
  • Proven success in launching and managing ABM and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience leading event marketing efforts, including planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge across various channels.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing unique marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Experience managing external agencies to scale marketing efforts.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B technology marketing is a plus.
