Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive (m/f/d) in Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales with a focus on the DACH market. You will take over a qualified pipeline from our SDR team, negotiate with large clients, work with modern sales methods like MEDDPICC, and successfully close deals. You excel in stakeholder management, think entrepreneurially, and feel at home in a remote sales setup.

In Short

  • End-to-end sales in the enterprise environment focusing on new business
  • Identification, approach, and development of decision-makers at the board, management, and leadership levels
  • Conducting discovery calls, product demos, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Creating accurate forecasts and being responsible for meeting or exceeding your quota
  • Maintaining CRM data (HubSpot) and using modern sales tools like Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism
  • Occasional on-site workshops and onboarding with clients
  • Close collaboration with marketing for lead qualification and pipeline optimization

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS B2B sales
  • Fluent German (C2) and very good English (at least B2)
  • Experience dealing with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
  • Confident, professional appearance – written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel occasionally in the DACH region
