The Account Executive (AE) for Enterprise Sales will engage with top corporations in the DACH region, manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact to closing deals, and make a significant impact in the company.

  • Manage the complete sales funnel from initial contact to closing.
  • Focus on converting leads provided by the SDR team.

  • Demonstrate product understanding and relevance during initial meetings.
  • Address individual questions regarding IT security, data protection, or legal matters in follow-up meetings.
  • Independently manage deals and negotiate with enterprise clients.
  • Receive training in modern sales methods like MEDDPICC.
  • Work based on KPIs and utilize data and dashboards for strategy optimization.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or software industry.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and solution-oriented.
  • Clear, empathetic, and goal-oriented communication skills.
  • Focus on opportunities even when deals are delayed.
  • Passionate about measurable success and aiming for top leaderboard positions.
  • Desire to contribute to company growth and revenue goals.
  • Structured and independent work style, comfortable in a remote setup.
