Recruiter (w/m/d) - Remote

Boardwise is an innovative SaaS company that helps organizations optimize their leadership teams and boards through data-driven decisions. We are growing rapidly and are looking for you as a Recruiter to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team.

In Short

• Responsible for the entire recruiting process from job posting to onboarding.
• Fill roles in GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) and Tech (Engineering, Product, Design).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience that is transparent, respectful, and professional.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team.
• Provide ideas for optimizing recruiting workflows and tools.

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable training in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience with active sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), screening, and interviewing.
• Structured, independent, and proactive work style.
• Communicative and professional in dealing with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using ATS tools and modern HR-tech solutions.
