In Short

• Write and adapt content: LinkedIn posts (company & personal branding), newsletters, blogs, landing pages.
• Cross-posting & format thinking: translate content into various formats and channels.
• Develop content formats: initiate new series, sections, blog concepts, podcasts, or collaborations.
• Help build and editorially manage newsletters.
• Understand and develop SEO, including keyword research and optimization.
• Support campaign planning, possibly with events or external partners.
• Prepare C-level communication: align language, style & content with decision-makers.

Requirements

• Studying marketing, journalism, communication sciences, media, or related fields.
• Interest in B2B & SaaS products, digital tools, and strategic writing.
• Initial experience in content writing or copywriting through university, projects, or internships.
• Very good language skills (German: Native; English: at least C1).
• Ability to empathize with target audiences and clearly structure complex content.
• Creative, structured, independent, and eager to shape things.
• Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn, Webflow, HubSpot, Figma, AI tools like ChatGPT.
