HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Human Resource Generalist supports the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and processes in the areas of recruitment and selection, benefits and compensation, performance management, and employee relations, while promoting corporate values and a positive work culture.

In Short

• Partner with Global HR team to develop and administer policies.
• Provide guidance on policy administration and employee relations.
• Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations prior to termination decisions.
• Manage labor issues filed in SENA and DOLE.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Prepare regularization letters and certificates of employment.
• Facilitate HR orientation for new hires.
• Support employees with benefits enrollment and claims.
• Advocate for PH culture and engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor law.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to build effective professional relationships.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in ADP Workforce Now preferred.
