HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Human Resource Generalist supports the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and processes in the areas of, but not limited to recruitment and selection, benefits and compensation, performance management and employee relations. The role also supports corporate values and a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.

In Short

• Partner with Global HR team to develop, communicate and administer various policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to leadership in areas such as policy administration and employee relations.
• Handle all employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
• Conduct investigations on cases prior to all steps within the PIP process.
• Manage escalated concerns of labor issues filed in SENA and DOLE.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
• Prepare/issue regularization letters and certificates of employment.
• Develop & deliver employee communications and announcements.
• Facilitate/assist in HR Orientation for new hires.
• Work with local broker and Carrier to provide guidance and support to employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any other related course.
• Minimum of 3 -5 years of previous experience in Human Resources.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor law and statutory practices.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Able to build effective professional relationships.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in ADP Workforce Now preferred.
