Overview

The Dedicated Client Care Engineer acts as the liaison between Genetec and a dedicated customer, providing best-in-class technical support for various Genetec product lines.

In Short

• Perform installation, audit, assessment, maintenance, and technical support of Genetec systems.
• Respond to customer technical issues via email, phone, or onsite.
• Document all customer issues in Genetec CRM and SharePoint.
• Address reported incidents according to Genetec’s SLA.
• Conduct periodic management review conference calls.
• Provide yearly on-site system assessments.
• Conduct monthly proactive system diagnostics and follow up with reports.
• Escalate customer-related issues through proper channels.
• Write technical documentation and articles.
