Overview

The Account Executive will be managing sales and relationships with existing, but predominantly new, end user customers as well as system integrators, technology partners and consultants in the assigned territory. The main role is to increase revenues and ensure regular communication with the DACH team.

In Short

  • Develop the assigned sales territory for company products
  • Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners
  • Visit predominantly end user customers/partners/consultants at their premises
  • Manage forecasts and achieve quotas
  • Identify customer needs, respond to RFIs, RFQs, prepare quotes and write proposals
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication with Customers and MRs
  • Monitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, consultants
  • Coordinate end user customer, integrator, consultant training
  • Update and maintain data in CRM or other applications
  • Acquire, maintain, and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competition

Requirements

  • Strong sales skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Knowledge of the security industry is a plus
