Overview

We are looking for a Research Specialist focused on quality lead generation according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This role emphasizes research, validation, and data transfer to the sales team without direct communication with leads.

• Identify potential clients using various tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.
• Analyze the market and create a list of companies per the ideal customer profile.
• Maintain and update a structured database of leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the SDR team regarding lead quality.
• Meet lead volume targets without engaging in sales or first contact.

Requirements

• Open to candidates without experience, as long as there is an interest in analytical work.
• Knowledge of Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Google Spreadsheets is a plus.
• Attention to detail, self-organization, and ability to work with large data sets.
• Desire to grow in lead research and B2B analytics.
