Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in human factors or systems engineering.
• Experience with hazard analysis techniques, including STPA and FTA.
• Real-time operations experience in high-consequence systems.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple assessments.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data.
• Passion for self-driving technology and safety.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Proven track record in root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with JIRA and JAMA is a plus.
