Overview

The Customer Success & Operations GMSA Senior Manager will be responsible for improving customer experience through the management of contact centers in Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina, while leading operational innovations and efficiencies.

  • Lead implementation strategies in GMSA.
  • Availability for international travel and relocation to Brazil.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading large contact center operations.
  • Fluent in English with intermediate proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Availability for international travel.
  • Ability to work and live in São Caetano do Sul, Brazil.
