Overview

The Senior Zone Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales, aftersales, and advertising activities in their assigned zone. This remote role allows the employee to work off-site while covering territory visits to dealerships in the Pacific Northwest.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 9+ years of automotive experience.
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizing and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in leading teams in automotive dealership environments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
