Overview

This role is for a Global Compensation Consultant within GM's Human Resources Group, focusing on the implementation and communication of compensation programs for the Software & Services sector.

In Short

  • Responsible for compensation program implementation and communication.
  • Act as a liaison to HR business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, mathematics, or related field.
  • 4-6+ years of compensation or related experience.
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys.
  • Experience with compensation packages.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Experience with large multinationals or tech companies is a plus.
