In Short

• Develop and implement strategies and designs that integrate state-of-the-art human factors knowledge.
• Design mixed methods research approaches to explore the problems space and/or evaluating existing solutions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess product and process effectiveness.
• Engage in live demo calls and user sessions, providing insightful feedback.
• Articulate human factors issues and solutions clearly to both technical teams and end users.
• Champion the adoption of SAFe’s Lean Agile principles and practices.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 12 years of professional experience in human factors engineering.
• Willingness and ability to achieve required levels of security clearance.
• In-depth knowledge of current research and industry trends in human factors engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex ideas.
